Doctorally trained nurse practitioner with 16+ years of clinical experience in preventative cardiology, heart failure, heart attack and stroke prevention. At The Prevention Center, she focuses on metabolic health and cardiometabolic risk, helping patients take a proactive, personalized approach to long-term health.
Her care is deeply shaped by her own experience living with late-onset type 1 diabetes, giving her a unique perspective on what it takes to manage health in real life. As a Certified Culinary Medicine Specialist, she integrates nutrition into care—helping patients build practical, sustainable habits that support lasting prevention.
