Monika Jacobson, RDN, brings nearly 20 years of experience helping patients use nutrition and lifestyle changes to support long-term health and prevent disease. As Director of Lifestyle Health at The Prevention Center, she focuses on practical, personalized strategies that support cardiovascular health, weight management, and overall well-being. Her background includes clinical nutrition, metabolic health, and women’s health, giving her a well-rounded approach to prevention.

Monika leads lifestyle and cooking classes and events that make prevention actionable. Through education and hands-on programs, she helps patients build sustainable habits that support lasting health.
