Dr. Brea Seaburg, ARNP, DNP, is a vital member of The Prevention Center team, bringing a passion for proactive healthcare and a focus on patient-centered care. A native of the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Seaburg earned her Nursing Degree from WSU College of Nursing in Spokane before pursuing and completing both her Master’s and Doctoral degrees at the University of Washington.

With nearly 15 years in practice, Brea brings a wealth of experience in supporting individuals managing and preventing chronic cardiovascular diseases. Her journey has been deeply influenced by her own health journey, including a personal experience with late-onset type 1 diabetes, which motivates her to advocate for empathetic, proactive and personalized approaches to healthcare.

Brea is dedicated to challenging conventional methods to optimize the patient experience and outcomes. Her clinical interests include metabolic health, cardiometabolic disease prevention, and the transformative role of nutrition in promoting holistic wellness. As a Certified Culinary Medicine Specialist, she also enjoys integrating dietary strategies into patient care to empower individuals in their health journeys.
Beyond her professional commitments, Brea finds joy in skiing, trying new foods, reading and spending time with her husband and two young children.
