Ingredients
15 Medjool dates
⅓ cup salted natural peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
1½ cups dark chocolate chips
Flaky sea salt (we recommend Maldon)
½ cup roasted salted peanuts, finely chopped
Directions
Slice the Medjool dates lengthwise and remove the pits and stems.
Fill each date with a generous amount of peanut butter. Refrigerate or freeze for at least 15 minutes until firm.
Melt dark chocolate chips in a double boiler on the stovetop or in a microwaveable bowl. Roll each stuffed date in the chocolate and place on parchment or wax paper.
Quickly and generously sprinkle chopped, salted peanuts and sea salt flakes over the dates while the chocolate is still melty.
Let dates cool uncovered in the fridge, then store in a container in the fridge or freezer.
