Prosciutto-Wrapped Pears with Rosemary & Balsamic Glaze
Monika Jacobson, RDN
This seasonal appetizer is elegant, quick, and always a hit. The salty prosciutto pairs with a slightly sweet pear and herbal rosemary for a well-balanced, health(ier) app.
Yield: About 16 pieces
Ingredients
2 ripe but firm pears (Bosc or Anjou work great), sliced into 8 wedges each
Juice of ½ lemon
8 slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise
2 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
2 tbsp balsamic glaze (we love the Trader Joes brand)
